The Elgar Birthplace Museum: Volunteers Needed
The Elgar Birthplace Museum in Lower Broadheath explores the life and music of one of England's greatest composers.
Originally opened by the Elgar's daughter Carice, it holds scores, photographs and mementoes charting both his international importance as a musician and his strong personal links with Worcestershire.
Run by a small independent charity, the museum and visitor centre opens seven days a week, and relies on volunteers to help it stay open.
If you think you might be able to volunteer at the Museum, please talk to Rachael Foy, Senior Museum Assistant on (01905) 333224.
