Save the Children

We are a very active group in Malvern consisting of two parts; one
being the organising committee and the other being supporters who we can
call on when we are organising a function.

We hold two collections a year, a Summer Fair and a Christmas
Fair, one or two Quizzes, sometimes a speaker with lunch included, and
for many years an Annual Burns Night Supper. We also hold a tennis
tournament at Manor Park when we supply the lunch. One year the winners
of our tournament went on to win the National event at Roehampton!

In the run up to Christmas we manage the Christmas Card shop at Arcos together with members from the Missions to Seamen fundraising group.

During the year we hold Organising Committee meetings as and when needed
and two Branch Meetings when all the supporters meet. We are always looking for new members so if you are interested please contact the Secretary Joan Gibson.
