The Pureland Sangeet Choir is open to everyone who enjoys singing.
This informal choir meets on the fourth Saturday of each month at the Amida Mandala Temple in Malvern to explore Buddhist songs and chants.
On the fourth Sunday of each month Andrew Cheffings will lead a Pureland Choir in the temple living room. Warm ups and vocal technique will be followed by learning hymns together. The choir is open to anyone who enjoys singing hymns, although it is probably not suitable for young children. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian or other adult family member.
Occasionally, the choir also performs in public.
