HeartStart Malvern
HeartStart Malvern is community resuscitation scheme run by volunteers. We are aiming to increase the chance of surviving an out of hospital cardiac arrest.
The chance of surviving a cardiac arrest in Malvern is currently less than 10%. We would like to increase this to at least a 25% survival rate which is achieved in some other European countries. We will achieve this by proving free resuscitation training, which will include defibrillator awareness, and by fundraising to provide defibrillators for the public to use all around Malvern.
