'Yarnbombing' hits the centre of Malvern; with the statue of Edward Elgar, street lamps and other street furniture decorated with festive-themed knitting and crochet work.
The display was organised by Yarnbomb Great Malvern.
The decoration of Elgar was a yarn bombing, guerrilla knitting project organised by students from South Worcester College Art School in Albert Road North. Students from City and Guilds Textiles and Access to Art courses covered the seats and wrapped up Elgar in response to the flurry of cold crochet snowflakes which hit the island.
